Bye Bye Birkin.......

While I don't get the appeal of a Birkin bag - ain't my style - I do understand the value of one. Women the world over save and save for these bags and they don't come cheap - a Birkin can cost thousands.

So when Clint Eastwood's artist daughter set fire to one for a photoshoot - the reaction was, well, not good.

Francesca Eastwood and her boyfriend hacked a Birkin worth £100,000 with a chainsaw, bit the handles of the bag before setting it on fire for a photoshoot and are now receiving death threats for their troubles.

But its more then just people who don't understand art going mental over, well, something which possibly is not art - the thing that is really getting to people - is her age.

The girl is eighteen and has bags that cost £100,000!!!! She's been branded a rich kid with nothing else better to do then waste money. Fair enough when you consider how much that bag could have raised for charity.

This isn't her first go either - she burnt a pair of Louboutins back in 2009 worth £10,000.

Would a quick round of therapy not be an easier way to solve some of those issues?
