In what will surely have severe backlash and apologies; Lil' Wayne, appearing a bit "out of it," maybe he was tired? Distanced himself from the Black Lives Matter movement saying some controversial things that we will let you view, rather then say. One thing he said was that a a white man was filming him, a rich black man. Does he have any kind of point?
