The latest series of TOWIE has been laden with all sorts of drama so it was little wonder a handful of the cast-members took it upon themselves to inject some fun back into filming during the latest shooting session.

His impressively built figure boasted bulging biceps, broad shoulders, pert pecs and a rock-solid stomach which left little to be desired.
He further emphasised his well-earned physique by sporting a deep all-over tan which highlighted his enviable six-pack especially.
